While we work to keep everyone safe, we expect there be some delays to deliveries and some delivery options might not be available.

We're working with our courier companies on safer deliveries to protect both their drivers and your health, so your favorite parcels can keep landing on your doorstep. These include selecting safe places for packages to be left and drivers signing on your behalf.

All our items leave the warehouse securely packed and in perfect condition.
Please check whether your goods are damaged when the parcel is handed over and have any damage acknowledged by the parcel carrier. This will enable us to arrange an uncomplicated refund or re-delivery to you.
A refund can only be granted if we receive the actual goods back in appropriate packaging. Please contact us in advance at support@pet-fix.uk

Return policy
The goods can be returned within 14 days with a corresponding revocation. Please use the form for this purpose.
The item must be returned in its original condition and with the original packaging.
Return costs may be incurred and will be charged to the customer (shipping costs - a service used), unless the reason for the return is due to an error on our part or defective or damaged products.
To initiate a return, it is essential to contact support beforehand.
